Introduction
The Waterman Embleme fountain pen is artisan crafted with a generously proportioned shape, taking its design from French architecture and the grey zinc rooftops of Parisian skylines. It hosts a superb writing experience worthy of most projects, including letter writing, studying for exams, keeping a journal or writing a novel. The pen can also be given a personal touch with the addition of an engraved name or message, great for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or personal achievements.
What is it made from?
This Embleme fountain pen is manufactured with a blue resin barrel, coated with a transparent lacquer that has been polished to give it a gloss effect. The cap is crafted from premium-quality steel with a subtle brushed finish and embellished with shiny chrome details. The nib is also manufactured from wear-resistant stainless steel, which is the largest of the Waterman collection and a great choice for all handwriting styles.
What kind of refills does it use?
The pen is supplied with a long Waterman ink cartridge to get you started. It is compatible with Standard International Cartridges and can also be adapted for use with bottled ink by inserting a Waterman Converter (sold separately). A converter is basically an empty ink cartridge that you can refill time and time again with a fountain pen ink of your choice. This is also a great way to experiment with ink colours to find one that suits your style best.
