What are they for?
Tombow mechanical pencil leads are produced to a very high standard, offering a consistent and impressive writing or drawing experience. They are designed for use with any mechanical pencil and are available in a wide variety of widths and grades.
Top Tips
If you're not sure which lead grade to choose, we recommend starting with HB, which is the standard grade for most pencils. Soft grades (which contain the letter B) produce much darker lines and shades. The higher the number, the darker the leads will be. Harder grades (which include the letter H) produce lighter tones. The higher the number for these leads, the lighter the leads will be.
