Cross Collaborations
Cross has a mission - to make sure there’s a pen to suit every customer’s taste. One of the ways they achieve this is by releasing limited-edition runs of pens to celebrate pop culture moments or iconic brands.
One example is their partnership with Scuderia Ferrari, the Formula 1 racing team, that brings the high-octane feel of Ferrari to pen aficionados. With a perforated clip modelled on the nose and cockpit of a Formula 1 car and hand-polished finishes in the Ferrari colours; these pens allow you to carry a little of the Italian stallion’s energy in your pocket.
Another recent collaboration was between Cross and Disney, when Cross released a series of officially licensed collectible pens to commemorate the original 1977 Star WarsTM film and the saga it birthed. Engraved or embossed details brought some of the most popular characters to life across the Townsend range and Cross X rollerballs. The company did the same with Marvel, bringing the likes of Spider-Man and Iron Man to some of its most popular pen models.
This recognition and celebration of popular culture is one of the things that keeps Cross so relevant in today’s pen marketplace, despite its legacy being so long and illustrious.
