Introduction

What is the pen made from?
This Waterman Embleme fountain pen is fashioned with an ivory resin barrel, beautifully finished with a transparent lacquer to give it a gloss appearance. The cap is rendered from stainless steel with a very subtle brushed finish and detailed with polished chrome trims. The nib is also manufactured from stainless steel and is one of the largest nibs in the Waterman collection.
What kind of refills does it use?
The pen is supplied with a long Waterman ink cartridge. It is compatible with standard international cartridges and can also be adapted for use with bottled ink by inserting a Waterman Converter (sold separately). A converter is essentially an empty ink cartridge that can be filled over and over again with fountain pen ink. It's a great opportunity to experiment with different ink colours to find one that suits your taste.
