What are they designed for?
Tombow's Mono 100 pencils are designed for sketching, drawing and fine art. The set includes assorted grades and a mechanical eraser, providing you with everything you need to create a complete masterpiece.Tips and Tricks
This set includes lead grades 2H, HB, B, 2B, 4B and 6B. This is a great selection for sketching and shading. We recommend using the 2H and HB pencil to outline your subject and begin shading. Once you're happy with the tone of the drawing, you can use B grade to 6B for adding depth and dark tones. The set also includes a mechanical eraser, which is superb for removing unwanted details or blemishes.
Top Tip
Did you know that there are many ways to blend graphite pencils? We recommend tools like tortillons or blending pencils, but you can also use a paint brush, cotton balls and tissue paper. It's always best to avoid using your finger to blend graphite pencil as the oils from your hands can affect the final result.
